the staff addressed every need with promptness and care. the rooftop bar provided city views with refreshing drinks (i savored the negroni!). my room was always immaculate after housekeeping visited. i appreciated the hotel's location as it was close to key attractions.

i had some slight difficulty adjusting the shower temperature initially.

the location was very convenient. i found many excellent restaurants and shops nearby. the rooftop deck proved a highlight, especially in the evenings. the staff was always friendly and helpful (they offered advice for public transport).

the wifi was unreliable. it was fixed after i asked a second time. i noticed some marks on the towels . the air conditioning wasn't very strong.
