a splendid roman retreat

prompt service refreshing drinks immaculate room strategic location

the staff addressed every need with promptness and care. the rooftop bar provided city views with refreshing drinks (i savored the negroni!). my room was always immaculate after housekeeping visited. i appreciated the hotel's location as it was close to key attractions.

i had some slight difficulty adjusting the shower temperature initially.

convenient location rooftop deck friendly staff unreliable wifi marked towels weak air conditioning

the location was very convenient. i found many excellent restaurants and shops nearby. the rooftop deck proved a highlight, especially in the evenings. the staff was always friendly and helpful (they offered advice for public transport).

the wifi was unreliable. it was fixed after i asked a second time. i noticed some marks on the towels . the air conditioning wasn't very strong.
